TL;DR

Account Executive, New Business (MarTech): Driving revenue growth within the East territory by acquiring net new enterprise logos with an accent on high-value software deals and C-level engagement. Focus on managing complex end-to-end sales cycles and leveraging partner networks to expand market presence.

Location: Must be based in the United States (East/EST Region); employment eligibility will be established via E-verify.

Salary: $195,000–$300,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Sell hirify.global DXP solutions within the East territory focusing exclusively on net new logos.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, positioning the product suite to C-level executives using a consultative approach.
  • Manage the full sales process including prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, and account strategy.
  • Build and grow a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities supported by SDR and Presales teams.
  • Collaborate with the hirify.global partner network to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Demonstrate hirify.global’s value proposition and stay aligned with market trends.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on full-cycle net-new business.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding high-value quota targets.
  • Experience selling and demonstrating complex SaaS solutions at pace.
  • Ability to implement growth plans and build strategic relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level interactions.
  • Disciplined approach to sales execution and process management.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Experience selling SaaS MarTech solutions.
  • Training in "Command of the Message".
