What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Owners to design and plan experiments and define requirements, assumptions, and limitations.
• Analyze customer behavior and usage patterns using SQL and Python to identify performance drivers.
• Create and manage dashboards and automated reports to improve insight accessibility and quality.
• Conduct deep-dive causal analyses to uncover trends, friction points, and product opportunities.
• Translate complex business questions into measurable metrics and actionable next steps.
• Improve tracking plans, event quality, and attribution logic to ensure reliable measurement.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Professional experience in data analysis or product analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL (efficient queries, joins, aggregations) and Python (pandas, Matplotlib).
• Strong understanding of statistics and A/B experiment design and analysis.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas) and project management software.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Edmonton, Canada.

Nice to have

• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into concrete analytical plans.
• Experience analyzing web traffic, engagement, or Search Engine Optimization (SEO) metrics.
