What you will do

• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and high-level design documents.
• Design software solutions aligned with the overall solution architecture and technical roadmap.
• Manage and mentor a team of business analysts to foster professional development and retention.
• Collaborate with software product owners and cross-functional partners within a matrix structure.
• Produce comprehensive user documentation, including release notes and guides.
• Provide technical leadership and support during service interruptions to ensure effective resolution.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and 5+ years in team management, facilitation, or mentoring.
• Degree in computer science, business analysis, administration, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM solutions, pension/benefits systems, or other complex enterprise systems.
• Agile mindset and knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Must be eligible for a Personnel Security Screening conducted through the Government of Canada.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in a SAFe environment or large-scale Agile methodologies.
• Experience with digital transformations or modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of product or program management best practices.
