What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders in Sales, Finance, HR, and Business Operations to identify high-value AI and automation opportunities.
• Design, configure, and implement AI-powered agents using platforms such as Glean, Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, AWS Bedrock, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Lead discovery sessions to map current processes and define AI-enabled future-state workflows.
• Define and evolve the enterprise AI governance framework, including policies, guardrails, risk tiers, and review processes.
• Act as the primary liaison to Legal and Security to ensure solutions meet data protection and regulatory requirements.
• Drive AI adoption through user enablement, documentation, and the creation of use-case playbooks.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a stakeholder-facing role (e.g., solutions analyst, tech consultant, GRC analyst).
• Proven experience building technology solutions combined with contributing to governance and risk processes.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/automation solutions with platforms like Glean, Copilot, OpenAI, or Claude.
• Strong business analysis skills for requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Experience partnering with Security, Legal, and Compliance on technology governance and risk frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Exposure to LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with AI risk domains such as prompt injection, hallucination, bias, and vendor risk.
