Salary: $103,500 - $174,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end enablement programs from strategy through execution and measurement, aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales and Success teams to launch new products, processes, and sales motions with clear readiness plans.
- Create high-quality enablement assets, process documentation, and communication frameworks for operational rigor.
- Act as a consultant to GTM leaders, marketing, operations, and product to ensure successful program execution.
- Leverage sales data and performance insights to identify root causes of performance gaps and implement targeted strategies.
- Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement to help the team scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, training, sales, or customer success roles in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Strong aptitude for structured problem-solving and mapping process improvements in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to deliver training and enablement to large audiences (1-to-many situations).
- Strong data fluency to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable GTM strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills to independently manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Fluency in structured sales methodologies such as Challenger or Command of the Message.
- Proficiency in GTM technology like Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, Highspot, and Jira.
- Experience supporting teams across multiple US time zones.
- Track record of applying AI or emerging technologies to improve sales productivity.
