Salary: $103,500 - $174,000

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end enablement programs from strategy through execution and measurement, aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales and Success teams to launch new products, processes, and sales motions with clear readiness plans.
  • Create high-quality enablement assets, process documentation, and communication frameworks for operational rigor.
  • Act as a consultant to GTM leaders, marketing, operations, and product to ensure successful program execution.
  • Leverage sales data and performance insights to identify root causes of performance gaps and implement targeted strategies.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement to help the team scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, training, sales, or customer success roles in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Strong aptitude for structured problem-solving and mapping process improvements in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to deliver training and enablement to large audiences (1-to-many situations).
  • Strong data fluency to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable GTM strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to independently manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in structured sales methodologies such as Challenger or Command of the Message.
  • Proficiency in GTM technology like Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, Highspot, and Jira.
  • Experience supporting teams across multiple US time zones.
  • Track record of applying AI or emerging technologies to improve sales productivity.
