Sr. Commissioning Provider

Location: On-site in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. Travel: 30–50%.

What you will do

• Oversee and manage commissioning projects from pre-construction through project close-out, potentially across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop commissioning scopes, fees, plans, reports, systems manuals, and project documentation.
• Review project plans, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, schedules, contracts, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Conduct site observations, facilitate commissioning meetings, and witness on-site testing.
• Develop and execute Pre-Functional Checklists, Functional Performance Tests, and Integrated Systems Tests while managing issue resolution and warranty walkthroughs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of equivalent MEP construction, commissioning, and project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects from start to finish and understanding project financial information.
• Engineering knowledge in the built environment, including local energy codes and LEED commissioning requirements.
• Ability to read construction drawings and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Physical ability to bend, lift 30 pounds, and climb stairs or ladders.
• Strong organization, analytical skills, team leadership, client service, and problem-solving abilities.

• Building Automation Systems knowledge and field experience.
