Civil Design Manager - Site Design

Location: Lincoln, Nebraska or Omaha, Nebraska; may require travel to job sites and work in varied terrain and weather conditions.

What you will do

• Lead quality assurance and quality control for project deliverables.
• Provide senior-level design reviews and technical guidance across site development projects.
• Direct and coordinate project staff and disciplines on technical project work.
• Consult with clients to resolve project issues and provide technical recommendations.
• Supervise less experienced staff and review their assignments.
• Support project studies through drawings, sketches, and data collection.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Drafting.
• 10 years of CAD software experience, including AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Project management experience with medium-sized projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical work and review project deliverables.
