Senior Demand Generation Manager (Legaltech): Driving pipeline and brand presence within the enterprise legal segment with an accent on ABM strategies and high-touch executive programs. Focus on penetrating AmLaw 200 firms and Fortune 500 in-house legal departments to establish as the AI-powered legal technology platform of choice.
Location: Hybrid: Toronto, Canada or US (East Coast). Office attendance minimum twice per week required.

What you will do
- Own the enterprise legal demand generation roadmap, balancing long-term brand building with MQL and pipeline targets.
- Execute integrated, multi-touch campaigns tailored to firm leadership, legal operations, IT officers, and General Counsel.
- Launch and scale ABM programs using intent data to engage high-priority enterprise legal accounts.
- Design high-touch executive programs including roundtables, dinners, and briefings for senior legal leadership.
- Optimize paid media, content syndication, and sponsorship channels for long enterprise buying cycles.
- Analyze the marketing funnel from engagement to closed revenue and present performance insights.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise demand generation experience focusing on complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Proven success in GTM programs targeting large organizations with long sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience building and running ABM programs and intent-based marketing.
- Strong analytical skills for measuring and optimizing data-driven marketing programs across the full funnel.
- Excellent communication and writing skills for sophisticated legal and business stakeholders.
- Must be based in Toronto or the US (East Coast) to support a hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Prior experience marketing to enterprise legal audiences (law firms or in-house departments).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, and ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus.
