What you will do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Commercial Account Executives and Account Managers.
  • Drive revenue growth by selling AI infrastructure, inference, and generative media capabilities to commercial customers.
  • Coach reps through complex technical sales cycles involving developers, AI teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Build predictable forecasting, maintain strong pipeline hygiene, and ensure consistent sales execution.
  • Partner with senior leadership, product, and marketing teams to align sales strategy with company priorities.
  • Analyze sales performance and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement and scale.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing high-performing sales teams in SaaS, AI, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
  • Experience coaching teams through technical or product-led sales motions.
  • Ability to motivate and hold a team accountable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to improve forecasting, pipeline generation, and conversion rates.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA
