Salary: $356,000 – $440,000 per year (base)

hirify.global is building an enterprise AppGen platform that transforms natural language into production-ready code, integrating directly with business data.

What you will do

  • Recruit, hire, and lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives to exceed quota.
  • Deliver against quarterly revenue and pipeline generation targets in a consistent cadence.
  • Coach and mentor sellers using consultative, value-based sales methodologies.
  • Engage at the executive level in key deals and serve as an escalation point.
  • Forecast business performance to guide focus across Sales Development, Marketing, and Success.
  • Identify and accelerate business opportunities through cross-functional partnerships.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 2+ years of sales leadership or team lead experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong command of consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC or Command of the Message).
  • Demonstrated ability to hire and develop high-performing Account Executives.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence with technical and business audiences.
