What you will do
- Recruit, hire, and lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives to exceed quota.
- Deliver against quarterly revenue and pipeline generation targets in a consistent cadence.
- Coach and mentor sellers using consultative, value-based sales methodologies.
- Engage at the executive level in key deals and serve as an escalation point.
- Forecast business performance to guide focus across Sales Development, Marketing, and Success.
- Identify and accelerate business opportunities through cross-functional partnerships.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 2+ years of sales leadership or team lead experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong command of consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC or Command of the Message).
- Demonstrated ability to hire and develop high-performing Account Executives.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence with technical and business audiences.
