TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco (Hybrid)

Salary: $165,000 – $230,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Build and maintain revenue systems including Salesforce architecture, workflow automation, and data enrichment pipelines.
  • Design and operationalize end-to-end revenue processes from lead routing to forecasting cadences.
  • Develop reporting infrastructure and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline health and funnel conversion.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights to improve win rates and deal velocity.
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure consistency and scalability across the GTM organization.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevTech, Sales Systems, or Salesforce Development.
  • Proven track record in high-growth B2B tech environments.
  • Strong interest or background in developer tools, API platforms, or AI infrastructure.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into persuasive narratives.
  • Builder mindset with experience thriving in zero-to-one environments.
