Salary: $90,000 - $115,000

What you will do

• Own the full launch roadmap for subscription-focused partnerships and platform integrations.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards to provide leadership with real-time visibility into DTC goals.
• Act as the central traffic control between external partners and internal product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Conduct regular audits of partnership performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with the product team to leverage partner capabilities and fulfill product roadmap gaps.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational and technical troubleshooting with partners.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategy roles.
• Strong understanding of the subscription funnel, including churn, LTV, and ARPU metrics.
• Exceptional organizational skills with experience in project management tools like Jira or Airtable.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and deck-building skills.
