Sr. Manager, FP&A

TL;DR

Sr. Manager, FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis): Own forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis for the Peacock streaming business, building dynamic financial models and driving variance analysis across budget vs. actual results. Focus on master planning automation, long-range plan and budget support, and executive-ready reporting with an emphasis on financial pacing, quarter closes, and BPC tool administration.

Location: Hybrid (office a minimum of four days per week)

Salary: USD 110,000 - USD 145,000 per year (bonus eligible)

What you will do

• Forecast, report, and perform strategic analysis for the Peacock streaming business, including dynamic financial modeling and deep variance root-cause analysis.
• Own and manage the master planning file across planning cycles, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and continuous improvement via automation initiatives.
• Support Long Range Plan and Budget processes by analyzing business unit operating plans, reviewing budget proposals, and maintaining support files.
• Aggregate financial and operational insights for corporate finance to support pacings and quarter closes.
• Administer BPC reporting tool and build push-button reporting for managerial views; consolidate submissions.
• Lead a team of 1 through coaching, development, and a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of finance or accounting experience, including Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with the ability to analyze budget/actual variances in detail.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, including experience preparing executive presentations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and BPC.
