Sr. Manager, FP&A

Location: Hybrid at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY; office attendance required at least four days per week

Salary: $110,000–$145,000 yearly, bonus eligible

hirify.global is a global media and entertainment company producing and distributing film, television, streaming, news, and theme park content, including Peacock.

What you will do

• Lead forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial analysis for the Peacock streaming business.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models, analyze budget-to-actual variances, and model future revenue and expenses.
• Own the master planning file across planning cycles and improve reporting through automation.
• Support long-range planning, budgeting, quarter closes, and financial data submissions for Media Group and Corporate FP&A.
• Prepare income statements, balance sheets, cash-flow statements, variance analyses, pacing reports, and executive presentations.
• Administer the BPC reporting tool and manage, coach, and develop one team member.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of finance or accounting experience, including financial planning and analysis.
• Experience creating executive presentations and strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP/BPC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, relationship management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work from the New York office at least four days per week under the current hybrid schedule.
