What you will do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Hadron platform, ensuring alignment with market needs and technical feasibility.
• Prioritize product initiatives and make critical go/no-go decisions on features and releases to prevent scope creep.
• Translate complex institutional requirements into structured product specifications and actionable development tasks.
• Act as the primary liaison between product, engineering teams, and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate roadmap alignment with market feedback and strategic input from key stakeholders.
• Oversee product performance, bug tracking, and continuous platform improvements for scalability and reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in digital assets, tokenization, or financial infrastructure.
• Proven experience delivering a tokenization or real-world asset (RWA) product from issuance to settlement.
• Strong understanding of traditional financial market infrastructure, including custody, clearing, and settlement.
• Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems and token standards, including technical and compliance implications.
• Experience in product-facing roles with institutional clients such as banks or asset managers.
• Ability to interpret and integrate regulatory frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA) into product design.
