Salary: $185,000 - $260,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product experience for developers building and running AI agents on hirify.global.
• Shape the strategy for internal agent platforms and drive the multi-agent orchestration roadmap.
• Develop agent-calls-agent patterns, handoff protocols, and agent team structures.
• Establish success metrics and developer feedback loops for platform adoption and satisfaction.
• Partner with AI engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Developer Relations to ensure developer success.
• Translate vague strategic questions into concrete product bets and roadmap investments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Deep domain knowledge in AI and agents, including daily experience building with frontier models.
• Strong developer empathy and experience designing APIs, primitives, or developer platforms.
• Literacy in distributed systems, specifically regarding state, execution, fault tolerance, and observability.
• Proven ability to exercise staff-level ownership and shape strategy in ambiguous domains.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent architectures, including orchestration, tool use, memory, and branching.
• Previous experience with hirify.global or other workflow engines.
• Experience working within open-source communities.
