What you will do

  • Partner with functional leaders to define AI-first standards for operations across non-engineering teams.
  • Conduct discovery to map processes, identify bottlenecks, and reimagine workflows using AI agents.
  • Design, build, and deploy AI automations, integrating LLMs and agentic frameworks with guardrails.
  • Measure impacts on productivity, adoption, and quality; establish baselines and track metrics.
  • Evaluate and pilot third-party AI tools, creating experiments to demonstrate business value.
  • Build scalable patterns, playbooks, and collaborate with engineering to align with tech strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years experience including 1-2 in AI/data/analytics.
  • Hands-on with generative AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude); understanding of AI/ML concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills for experiments, metrics, and process mapping.
  • Builder mindset: independently develop agentic workflows without engineering support.
  • Excellent communication to translate technical solutions for business stakeholders.
  • Business acumen, operational rigor, and leadership in ambiguous environments.
