What you will do

• Define and own the overarching creative vision and brand expression across identity and campaigns.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of creative directors, designers, and copywriters.
• Establish the creative culture, standards, and operational conditions for breakthrough output.
• Align creative vision with brand strategy and business objectives in partnership with senior leadership.
• Serve as the ultimate creative authority for campaigns, design systems, and product storytelling.
• Manage agency and production partnerships to elevate the quality of creative output.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in creative leadership within fast-moving, ambitious environments.
• Proven track record of delivering high-bar creative at scale across brand systems and integrated experiences.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Deep fluency across brand design, growth, copywriting, and production.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate vision to senior leadership.
