TL;DR

Sales Engagement Manager (Sales Enablement): Driving and supporting the productivity and performance of designated sales channels with an accent on sales training, enablement programs, and Go-to-Market (GTM) motions. Focus on bridging the gap between sales operations and sales teams, evaluating enablement metrics, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.

Location: Must be based in Toronto, ON, CA

Salary: $76,500 – $102,000 annually + 10% Target Incentives

What you will do

  • Co-design and execute channel-specific sales training and enablement programs.
  • Act as a bridge between GTM, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure needs are met and content is utilized.
  • Track and report on sales enablement metrics and KPIs to quantify business impact.
  • Drive sales plays, offerings, and industry assets for assigned sales teams.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing and GTM teams to optimize sales-facing campaigns.
  • Hold sales leaders accountable for executing programs aligned with the Sales Management Process (SMP).

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, or sales training.
  • Proven track record of positively impacting business outcomes like win rates and quota attainment.
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives.
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
