Salary: $98,000 – $143,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end operational workflow for creative and marketing execution.
• Manage intake, resourcing, timelines, and delivery for 20+ concurrent projects.
• Translate business needs into structured, executable plans across Brand, Product Marketing, and Comms.
• Identify and resolve project risks and bottlenecks using structured reporting.
• Coordinate with external agencies, production vendors, and design partners to track deliverables.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in project management or creative operations within B2B tech or agencies.
• Proven experience managing high volumes of concurrent creative and marketing assets.
• Expertise in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, or Smartsheet.
• Ability to build workback schedules and resource allocation plans.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) for export control compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience working in hyper-growth or scaling environments.
• Knowledge of demand generation campaigns and performance marketing.
• Exposure to AI, cloud infrastructure, or technical product marketing.
