What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, including cloud migrations, Microsoft 365 implementations, and network deployments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Partner with engineering teams to plan, schedule, and execute project work across multiple active engagements.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables while balancing scope, budget, and deadlines.
• Coordinate internal resources across Remote Support, Systems, Security, and Field Services teams.
• Identify risks and dependencies early to proactively drive resolution or escalation.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of project management experience within IT services, managed services (MSP), or consulting.
• Proven experience managing client-facing projects involving infrastructure, cloud, or Microsoft technologies.
• Technical understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different clients and priorities.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Must have valid US work authorization (E-Verify used).
