What you will do

• Lead cross-functional plans for delivering complex enterprise integrations from discovery to go-live.
• Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize long-term strategic initiatives against tactical needs.
• Orchestrate collaboration between engineering, product, legal, and commercial teams to ensure flawless delivery.
• Build and maintain operational tracking systems using Jira, Asana, and Dashboards.
• Manage risks and bottlenecks, making trade-offs that balance business benefit with technical debt.
• Provide regular progress reporting and project health updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of Project Management experience, ideally in customer-facing SaaS or Financial Services.
• Must be based in the United States and able to work Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Proficiency in Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and creative production workflows.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills for navigating conversations with C-suite executives and external stakeholders.
