Implementation Manager

Location: Remote role based in CT or ET time zones, located within an hour of a major US airport.

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annual base + bonus

What you will do

• Serve as primary point of contact for dealership clients from contract to installation completion.
• Guide clients through site readiness including CAD review, network, electrical, and construction requirements.
• Track client deliverables and provide hands-on support for internal processes integration.
• Collaborate on hardware placement designs, installation plans, and cross-functional alignment.
• Manage schedules, logistics, resources, and proactive issue resolution.
• Handover projects to Customer Success with documentation and formal meetings.

Requirements

• At least 4 years managing onboarding and implementation of hardware solutions for dealerships.
• Experience with dealership operations and service lanes.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project tools like SalesForce, Monday.com, Asana.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, assertive in follow-ups, strong problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of site prep: networking, electrical, construction.
• Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills.
