What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing technical projects, including cloud migrations, Microsoft 365 implementations, and network deployments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and clear expectations.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources across Remote Support, Systems, Security, and Field Services teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early to drive proactive resolution or escalation.
• Ensure all project work is properly documented, including scope, configurations, and handoffs to support teams.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of project management experience within IT services, managed services (MSP), or consulting environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience managing technical projects involving infrastructure, cloud, or Microsoft technologies.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different clients and priorities.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
