Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $110,000 – $135,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing technical projects, including cloud migrations, Microsoft 365 implementations, and network deployments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and clear expectations.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources across Remote Support, Systems, Security, and Field Services teams.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early to drive proactive resolution or escalation.
- Ensure all project work is properly documented, including scope, configurations, and handoffs to support teams.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of project management experience within IT services, managed services (MSP), or consulting environments.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven experience managing technical projects involving infrastructure, cloud, or Microsoft technologies.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different clients and priorities.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
