What you will do

• Manage webinar calendar, themes, and multi-channel promotion plans aligned with demand generation campaigns.
• Handle webinar production, speaker coordination, live execution, and post-event logistics across platforms like Goldcast or Zoom.
• Support sales enablement with attendee insights, follow-up materials, and intent signals from engagement data.
• Track performance metrics using Salesforce and Tableau, analyze results, and recommend optimizations.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Sales, and partners to scale webinar programs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in webinar marketing, demand generation, or related B2B SaaS role
• Experience with Salesforce
• Strong project management skills for multiple webinars and stakeholders
• Comfortable with public speaking, hosting webinars, and moderating Q&A
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data-driven mindset for performance reporting and improvements

Nice to have

• Experience with Goldcast, BrightTALK, Zoom Webinar, ON24, or Marketo
• Background in cybersecurity or technical B2B SaaS
• Familiarity with demand gen metrics and AI tools for marketing
