What you will do

• Design and implement multi-agent systems, skills, and hubs to enhance SDLC.
• Embed AI into implementation, code review, test generation, and developer productivity workflows across 20+ products.
• Evaluate AI model variants and select tiers based on capability, cost, and latency tradeoffs.
• Identify and mitigate security risks, including prompt injection, PII exposure, and data leakage.
• Monitor and optimize AI infrastructure costs and token efficiency.
• Build and deliver internal training to enable AI development across all engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, quality engineer, or architect.
• 1+ year of hands-on AI agent and workflow implementation in a production environment.
• Experience with AI models such as Claude Code, MCP, or multi-agent orchestration tools.
• Proven ability to integrate AI into CI/CD, development, or developer tooling.
• Working knowledge of AI security risks and observability tooling.
• Unrestricted US work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MCP servers, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Background in quality engineering, including test automation and coverage analysis.
• Experience with prompt versioning and AI output regression testing.
