TL;DR
Sr. AI Engineer (AI): Designing and deploying AI agents and workflows to enable SDLC across a diverse SaaS portfolio with an accent on multi-agent orchestration and developer productivity. Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX). Candidates must have current, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do
- Design and implement multi-agent systems, skills, and hubs to enhance SDLC.
- Embed AI into implementation, code review, test generation, and developer productivity workflows across 20+ products.
- Evaluate AI model variants and select tiers based on capability, cost, and latency tradeoffs.
- Identify and mitigate security risks, including prompt injection, PII exposure, and data leakage.
- Monitor and optimize AI infrastructure costs and token efficiency.
- Build and deliver internal training to enable AI development across all engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, quality engineer, or architect.
- 1+ year of hands-on AI agent and workflow implementation in a production environment.
- Experience with AI models such as Claude Code, MCP, or multi-agent orchestration tools.
- Proven ability to integrate AI into CI/CD, development, or developer tooling.
- Working knowledge of AI security risks and observability tooling.
- Unrestricted US work authorization is required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with MCP servers, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- Background in quality engineering, including test automation and coverage analysis.
- Experience with prompt versioning and AI output regression testing.
