What you will do

• Design and build agentic systems that automate complex audit workflows end-to-end.
• Orchestrate LLMs, tools, retrieval, and business logic into reliable, production-grade agent experiences.
• Build evaluation frameworks, feedback loops, and guardrails to improve agent performance over time.
• Partner with Product and Design to define capabilities that deliver real outcomes for customers.
• Raise the quality bar through code review, design feedback, and pairing while mentoring other engineers.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience shipping production software in complex, real-world systems.
• Strong command of TypeScript, Python, and Postgres.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features serving real production traffic.
• Proficiency in building retrieval pipelines, agent orchestration systems, and RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience with modern LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) and agent frameworks.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.
