What you will do

• Build production agent capabilities for PM, Execution, and External Onboarding Agents to automate enterprise onboarding tasks.
• Develop and maintain the MCP server, providing the platform layer connecting agents to project and customer data.
• Design high-reliability prompts, agent loops, and tool integrations suitable for enterprise-grade production.
• Own the end-to-end development of retrieval pipelines, eval harnesses, prompt libraries, and observability systems.
• Collaborate with design partner customers via virtual engagements to translate custom workflows into reusable platform building blocks.
• Create integrations with external systems including Google Drive, calendars, meeting transcripts, and CRM data.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping LLM-based features to production users, moving beyond demo-stage prototypes.
• Hands-on expertise with retrieval pipelines, agent loops with tool use, and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Python with a track record of deploying real-world production systems.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) with a focus on prompt iteration, cost, and latency engineering.
• Strong written communication skills for explaining technical decisions to product teams and customers.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or agent orchestration tooling.
• Familiarity with compound or agentic coding workflows such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Comfort operating in virtual, customer-facing technical contexts and conducting demos.
• Curiosity or experience regarding the Salesforce platform.
