Senior Vice President, Marketing (Healthtech SaaS): Shape company strategy and lead fully integrated Marketing & Communications organization driving predictable growth through pipeline creation, product positioning, and customer lifecycle programs. Focus on multi-channel demand programs, go-to-market readiness, competitive intelligence, and lifecycle marketing for adoption, retention, and expansion.

Location: Remote, U.S. based. May require 10% travel.

Salary: $240,000-$285,000

What you will do

  • Define and lead marketing strategy, planning, budgeting, and operating rhythms aligned with growth goals, partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Build and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs including ABM, performance marketing, events, partners, and content to accelerate pipeline and ROI.
  • Develop compelling positioning, integrated messaging, PR/comms strategy, thought leadership, and internal communications to build market trust and alignment.
  • Own product marketing including buyer personas, value propositions, launch orchestration, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
  • Scale customer lifecycle programs for onboarding, adoption, renewals, advocacy, case studies, and churn reduction with Customer Success.
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing marketing team with optimal org design across functions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Experience scaling B2B SaaS at ~$100–$500M ARR stage.
  • Proven track record building predictable pipeline and partnering with Sales/RevOps.
  • Strong product marketing and positioning skills in healthcare's multi-stakeholder context.
  • Experienced people leader building scalable teams and systems.
  • U.S. based; pass background check including criminal, employment, and education verification.
