What you will do

  • Build growth engine from scratch: identify acquisition channels, run experiments on landing pages, messaging, and pricing.
  • Own full funnel: paid acquisition on Meta/Google/LinkedIn, SEO/content, product-led growth, lifecycle/onboarding, revenue attribution.
  • Leverage AI for content, creative, personalization, reporting, and forecasting; integrate market signals into product decisions.
  • Lead lean growth team, collaborate with VP Growth, CPO, Product, RevOps, Data Science; contribute to roadmaps and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 12+ years growth/performance marketing, 2+ years senior IC/leadership
  • 0-to-1 experience building growth functions/channels from scratch
  • Full-funnel expertise: paid media, SEO, PLG, lifecycle, attribution, CAC tracking
  • Strong experimentation, analytics (funnel/SQL), PLG/trial environments
  • SMB/prosumer marketing experience; comfort with ambiguity/limited resources

Nice to have

  • SaaS $50M-$500M ARR experience
  • Paid acquisition at $500K+/month scale
  • Startup/founding or AI product marketing experience
  • Dashboard building/SQL independence
