Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid (Local to New York, NY or Denver, CO)
Salary: $98,000 - $155,000 USD

What you will do
- Serve as the primary L&D partner for Technology leaders to align learning priorities with delivery goals.
- Design and deliver Agile enablement (MVP, iteration, estimation) and create reusable toolkits and job aids.
- Centralize Technology training materials to improve onboarding consistency and reduce duplication.
- Own the end-to-end design, pilot, and launch of the enablement portfolio using strong project management.
- Administer the LMS back-end, including course setup, enrollment, and reporting dashboards.
- Define success measures and use data signals to improve programs and provide executive-ready updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in L&D, Talent Development, or performance consulting.
- Proven experience partnering with technical or delivery organizations to translate complex practices into usable enablement.
- Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) and producing reliable reporting.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Certifications in talent development, facilitation, coaching, evaluation, or change management.
- Familiarity with learning measurement and evaluation approaches to drive continuous improvement.
