What you will do

• Design, implement, and evaluate enterprise learning and development programs, including the Ariens Academy.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and leadership programs via live, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to maintain the enterprise competency model and individual development plans.
• Identify manufacturing skills gaps and build production skills matrices to improve workforce flexibility and safety.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for major learning initiatives and optimize LMS utilization.
• Support succession planning by designing solutions for leadership readiness and internal mobility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in L&D, talent development, or organizational development.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder consulting skills.

• Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or multi-site environments.
