What you will do

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, local regulations, and electrical standards like NFPA 70E, NESC.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and long-term roadmaps with project leadership.
• Engage field personnel on job sites to identify hazards and promote safe practices.
• Lead incident investigations, manage injury/illness cases, and implement preventative measures.
• Provide technical guidance on high-risk activities to foremen and managers.
• Deliver safety training including CPR/First Aid and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in EHS, Construction Management, or Engineering preferred
• OSHA 30 Construction (Required)
• BCSP Certification (Required)
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory record
• 3+ years construction safety experience, preferably in electrical industry
• Knowledge of NFPA, NESC, ASTM, ANSI standards
• Ability to work in varying conditions, lift 40 lbs, work at heights/confined spaces
