What you will do

• Diagnose and repair electronic systems, including temperature controls, CNC controls, and PLC logic.
• Oversee installation and testing of control systems for operational efficiency.
• Perform specialized troubleshooting and maintenance of laser systems and optical components.
• Identify, order, and manage replacement parts per manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards, Quality Management systems, and Total Customer Satisfaction requirements.
• Facilitate cross-training for team and maintain safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 2nd shift consistently.
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred); completion of Electronics school or vocational training.
• Strong background in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering principles, and Machining (tool and die).
• Specialized training in Laser systems and Process Instrumentation preferred.
• Proficiency in PLC logic, CNC controls, computer systems; strong problem-solving and manual dexterity.
• Ability to pass technical proficiency placement test.
