Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Location: Manitowoc, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with regular and additional overtime available.

Hourly pay: $42.00–$45.00 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is also available.

What you will do

• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and automated systems.
• Diagnose robotic arms, CNC equipment, vision systems, and related production technology.
• Fabricate and repair custom fixtures and tooling.
• Maintain HVAC, lighting, boilers, compressed air, and other building systems.
• Respond to facilities maintenance requests in office and non-manufacturing areas.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Functional knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, industrial automation, and robotic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer skills.
• Basic welding, machining, and fabrication skills.
• Ability to perform physical labor, work at heights and in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds.
