Location: Hybrid (Must reside within 50 miles of the Tempe, AZ office; onsite at least 2 days per week)

Salary: $68,600 – $79,000

What you will do

• Develop and modify 3D structural models using Revit or similar design tools.
• Produce detailed structural drawings, plans, and documentation.
• Translate sketches, markups, and verbal instructions into design deliverables.
• Participate in BIM processes, QA/QC reviews, and project coordination meetings.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to support integrated project delivery.
• Identify and resolve design issues within the assigned scope to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Must reside within 50 miles of Tempe, AZ.
• Minimum 2 years of structural drafting/design experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Revit.
• Coursework in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or a related field.
• 3+ years of Revit experience.
• Familiarity with Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Experience with structural steel and reinforced concrete design.
• Exposure to industrial or semiconductor facility projects.
