What you will do

• Develop electrical distribution and emergency generator system designs and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Design lighting, electrical, and fire alarm systems for various facilities.
• Perform electrical load calculations and determine appropriate equipment sizing.
• Edit electrical system specifications and review equipment submittals for contract compliance.
• Survey existing buildings to identify and document electrical systems and components.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline project teams and report on electrical construction progress.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an Engineering Technology program.
• 3-5 years of experience in the design of electrical systems for various facilities.
• Proven experience with commercial, residential, and institutional projects.
• Proficiency with the latest versions of AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Must be located in or able to work on-site in Houston, TX.
