Designer II (Security)

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 a year

What you will do

• Create and maintain coordinated Revit models, drawings, and construction documentation.
• Resolve modeling conflicts and perform clash detection using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Support engineers with design calculations, product research, and specification preparation.
• Reinforce and improve BIM standards, naming conventions, and production templates.
• Conduct site visits to verify existing conditions and document findings.
• Provide informal guidance and mentorship to Designer I team members.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the AEC industry with proficiency in Revit modeling and drafting.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam Studio, Asana, and GitHub.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across several projects.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting technology system design (Telecom/ICT, AV, Security, Network, Wi-Fi).
• Industry certifications such as EIT or CDT.
• Introductory Revit/BIM/drafting certifications.
