What you will do
- Manage daily office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for customer visits, executive meetings, and external events.
- Oversee vendor relationships for maintenance, catering, security, and janitorial services.
- Handle shipping and receiving, including tracking and distribution of equipment and mail.
- Partner with EHS and security teams to maintain site protocols and visitor access.
- Track office budgets and expenses while implementing process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in office management, operations coordination, or facilities support.
- U.S. citizenship is required (necessary for security clearance eligibility).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing vendors and operational workflows.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Nice to have
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated industries.
- Background in supporting high-visibility corporate spaces or executive offices.
- Experience with budget tracking or light financial administration.
