Customer Success Associate (eMobility)

TL;DR

Customer Success Associate (eMobility): Supporting the growth of the North American business by helping customers adopt and expand their use of the eRoaming platform with an accent on account management and business development. Focus on coordinating customer requests, identifying market opportunities, and creating enablement materials.

Location: Hybrid, based out of Irvine, CA or Chicago, IL

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

What you will do

• Research new market opportunities and assist the business development team with pitch preparation and client materials.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by creating case studies, blog posts, and coordinating industry conferences.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers to coordinate requests and monitor product engagement.
• Collect customer insights to inform product improvements and create onboarding guides and training content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, BD, and Marketing teams to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Internship or early professional experience in customer success, business development, marketing, or product support.
• Must be based in Irvine, CA or Chicago, IL (Hybrid).
• Strong interest in EV charging and the eMobility ecosystem.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in cleantech, SaaS, or automotive industries.
• Experience creating professional presentations and marketing content.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or analytics platforms.
