What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound B2B leads from first contact through to closing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building long-term relationships.
- Maintain CRM updates and track the sales pipeline to ensure a conversion-focused process.
- Coordinate with operations teams, carriers, and partners to align expectations and resolve issues.
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel and propose process improvements for better retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales and key account management, ideally in logistics, automotive, SaaS, or marketplaces.
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong commercial mindset with professional negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
- Availability to work aligned to European business hours.
