What you will do

• Lead and develop the engineering team, managing hiring and individual career growth.
• Contribute 30-40% of time to hands-on software development using Go, NextJS, and TypeScript.
• Act as the final decision-maker on system architecture and technical standards across the SDLC.
• Define and evolve optimal team structures, staffing models, and engineering processes.
• Drive the AI adoption strategy to maximize engineering speed and automation.
• Ensure full ownership of application security, privacy, and compliance commitments.

Requirements

• Profound experience in TypeScript and Go covering the entire stack.
• Proven track record of building complete SaaS solutions and working directly with customers.
• Multiple years of leadership experience in a pragmatic, hands-on capacity.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a 100% remote environment and align with CET business hours.
• Experience with API Gateways, Proxies, Networking, OpenAPI, SOAP, or gRPC.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GraphQL.
