What you will do

• Lead incremental refactoring of existing automation systems, designing new standards for predictability and testability.
• Dive deep into technical and business logic of insurance providers to handle complex, varying interfaces.
• Build robust, fault-tolerant frameworks managing async state, external changes, and scalability across new categories.
• Shift to AI-first approaches for next-gen internal tools supporting massive user growth.
• Spend 80% time hands-on coding alongside small, high-talent team, reporting directly to CTO.

Requirements

• Player Coach: Founded a company or led architecture at early-stage startup, hands-on builder.
• Detective: Obsessed with success rates, hunts edge cases in complex business logic.
• Systems Thinker: High bar for async job design, decoupling, state management, failure retries.
• Experience with TypeScript (Nest.js), GraphQL, AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda).
• Deep understanding of offline asynchronous systems and orchestration.
