Location: Hybrid (Berlin, Germany) — 3 days office, 2 days remote
Salary: €110,000 – €120,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Guide cross-functional and distributed teams to achieve results within tight deadlines.
- Foster a culture of mentoring, innovation, and continuous skill development.
- Set clear objectives aligned with organizational goals and conduct regular One-on-Ones.
- Oversee project delivery with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Drive the hiring process to attract and integrate engineers from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Proven track record in leading and managing engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js, React, SQL, Kubernetes, GraphQL, Docker, gRPC, or Pub/Sub.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Berlin office (hybrid model: 3 days office, 2 remote).

- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
