Salary: $130,000 – $175,000

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end integration activities across Technology, Product, Data, Operations, Legal, Finance, and HR.
• Coordinate planning sessions, maintain program timelines, and track key action items.
• Prepare project plans, dependency maps, and executive-level communication materials.
• Analyze operational readiness, technology dependencies, and process gaps.
• Standardize the integration playbook, templates, and best practices.
• Create and maintain KPIs and dashboards to measure synergies and operational health.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management, M&A integration, or management consulting.
• Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work schedule.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional coordination and project management processes.
• Experience with financial services or fintech (preferred).
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders with clarity and polish.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting data and tracking KPIs.
