What you will do

• Own the full onboarding cycle for users from contract signing through launch.
• Develop and implement customer integration architecture, change management strategies, and timelines.
• Partner with Sales and Technical Services teams to improve the overall user journey.
• Engage with Product and Engineering teams to drive product strategy for large users.
• Collaborate on strategic projects to scale implementation processes and team operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with strategic customers on technology solutions.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions.
• Proven project management skills and strong critical thinking abilities.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a growth stage Internet or software company.
• Experience in the payments industry.
• Knowledge of APIs and SQL.
