What you will do

• Own and drive global revenue growth targets for the Consumer verticals, including retail, CPG, and direct-to-consumer segments.
• Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies in partnership with regional Managing Directors.
• Build and sustain high-level C-suite client relationships to generate pipeline and deepen strategic partnerships.
• Lead the Consumer market operating model, aligning commercial, delivery, and capability teams.
• Champion Agentic AI adoption, guiding clients on the strategic implications of autonomous, AI-driven customer journey orchestration.
• Serve as the company's recognized external voice in the Consumer industry at major global events and panels.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within or directly serving the Consumer industry.
• Proven track record of driving material revenue growth in commercial or client-facing leadership roles.
• Must be based in North America.
• Practitioner-level fluency with AI, data, and specifically Agentic AI capabilities.
• Experience leading within matrix organizations and influencing across global regions without direct authority.
• Executive presence and communication skills befitting a CEO-reporting leader.
