What you will do

• Establish and lead the AI Center of Excellence, including governance frameworks, training, and adoption measurement.
• Execute a "blank-slate" redesign of departmental processes to prioritize full automation and identify irreplaceable human value.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on a rotating embedded model to build and demonstrate AI agents and workflows.
• Drive organizational AI maturity from ad hoc adoption to systematic, governed, and scaled usage within 12 months.
• Act as "Customer Zero" to align internal AI practices with the product vision and inform the platform roadmap.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience spanning management consulting (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte) and enterprise tech leadership.
• VP-level experience leading digital transformation or AI strategy at a SaaS or enterprise technology company.
• Proven track record of translating AI initiatives into quantified business outcomes like EBITDA improvement or revenue acceleration.
• Hands-on ability to build AI agents and automated workflows using tools such as Claude, GPT, or Copilot.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and AI governance frameworks.
• Must be based in the US and able to travel up to 30% domestically.
