What you will do

• Lead the evaluation, selection, and rollout of an enterprise AI orchestration platform to standardize AI use across R&D, Product, Sales, and Support.
• Design and operationalize an AI-powered software factory to accelerate delivery, including sprint planning, code generation, and automated QA.
• Integrate AI capabilities into solution management to rapidly generate and validate epics, user stories, and structured requirements.
• Transform professional services by automating data migration, mapping, and AI-assisted project planning.
• Scale demand generation and sales enablement through AI-driven predictive targeting and automated campaign content.
• Embed AI into customer success strategies, including intelligent ticket routing and churn risk identification.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technology, operations, product, or digital transformation roles.
• Proven experience selecting and implementing AI platforms or orchestration layers at scale.
• Experience building or operating AI-enabled development environments (e.g., code factory models).
• Strong background in solution or product management using AI to accelerate requirements definition.
• Must be based in the US or Canada (Eastern time preferred).
• Experience in healthcare, RCM, or enterprise SaaS is preferred.
