TL;DR

Senior Director of Enterprise Sales (SaaS): Leading the enterprise sales strategy and scaling senior sales leaders to deliver predictable revenue growth across complex organizations with an accent on strategic execution and operational rigor. Focus on building a deep leadership bench, optimizing consumption-based revenue models, and navigating high-complexity deal cycles.

Location: Must be based in the Austin or Dallas metro area (Onsite, 5 days a week)

Salary: $375,000 - $450,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own Enterprise revenue outcomes and consistently deliver against quarterly and annual bookings targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Directors, Managers, and senior Enterprise sellers to build a strong leadership bench.
  • Define and evolve Enterprise sales strategy, including segmentation, coverage models, and capacity planning.
  • Establish operating rigor across forecasting, pipeline inspection, and execution cadence.
  • Drive excellence in multi-threaded deal strategy and executive engagement for complex accounts.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling complex, technical SaaS solutions to Enterprise customers.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and scaling Enterprise sales teams, including managing other managers.
  • Proven track record of building predictable revenue engines in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise buying motions and long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Fluency in modern enterprise sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, Miller Heiman, or Sandler.
  • Must be located in the Austin or Dallas metro area.
