TL;DR

Account Manager, Enterprise (SaaS): Managing and growing relationships with existing enterprise customers to drive expansion and retention with an accent on upselling and cross-selling within the digital experience platform. Focus on developing strategic account plans and aligning composable content, commerce, and data solutions to complex business challenges.

Location: Remote, Western United States Region (PST)

Salary: $195,000-$300,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Act as the primary contact for designated enterprise accounts to foster long-term relationships.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals to drive revenue.
  • Develop strategic account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and with partner networks to ensure exceptional client support.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address issues to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform product improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales or SaaS environments.
  • Experience in enterprise account management, preferably with CMS, CX, Commerce, or DAM technologies.
  • Strong business acumen regarding digital marketing and the evolving digital landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills for building credibility with C-level and other stakeholders.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (E-verify will be used).

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in sales methodologies, specifically MEDDIC.
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS MarTech solutions.
  • Training in "Command of the Message".
