Location: Remote, Western United States Region (PST)
Salary: $195,000-$300,000 OTE

What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for designated enterprise accounts to foster long-term relationships.
- Identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals to drive revenue.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with partner networks to ensure exceptional client support.
- Monitor customer health and proactively address issues to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform product improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software sales or SaaS environments.
- Experience in enterprise account management, preferably with CMS, CX, Commerce, or DAM technologies.
- Strong business acumen regarding digital marketing and the evolving digital landscape.
- Excellent communication skills for building credibility with C-level and other stakeholders.
- Must be eligible to work in the US (E-verify will be used).
Nice to have
- Proficiency in sales methodologies, specifically MEDDIC.
- Proven track record of selling SaaS MarTech solutions.
- Training in "Command of the Message".
